Great location if you want to be closer to the historic sites like the Great Wall. The hotel is part of a complex of outlet stores, an amusement park and a hot spring. The service was fantastic. The restairants were excellent and the concierge and Lobby Bar staff were particularly attentive.

We were warmly greeted on arrival. The property is beautiful and clean and all the staff were gracious hosts. The hotel is located in a hutong so not able to get dropped off or picked up in front of the property but only a short walk to the cross street. The complimentary breakfast had many hold and cold options and had staple Beijing breakfast items. They served afternoon tea but did not partake in that. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 5 am, long before check-in time. They went out of their way to get a room ready for me as fast as possible, and offered me free breakfast while I was waiting.

An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. They were also super helpful in booking taxis, making our transportation hassle-free. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a large selection of both Chinese and Western items. Beijing was our first leg of a China trip so we were still completely uncomfortable with the language barrier. The staff (especially Mark in concierge) spoke English well so that we could ask for assistance and advice. Staff throughout the stay are extremely nice... always smiling. There is so much included in this hotel above and beyond the gorgeous decor and clean rooms. You could go the whole stay without paying for a meal (please tip the amazing staff though) because there is free breakfast...

Rosewood Beijing once again proved itself as my current best hotel option in the City. Having stayed at around 30 hotels in Beijing, this is the winner. Location is extraordinarily important in Beijing and this is perfectly central regardless of what you’re in town for. If you want to treat yourself and sleep in luxury stay here. This is one of the best hotels in the area. Access to stores is unmatched. The rooms are spectacular and worth every penny.
