"I requested my refund already idk why I didn't get my refund yet? That was a horrible experience, as soon as I got there the front desk call the Police on me saying that I have blood on n my back pack. Then the police when to my room to talk to me. Idk why they did this but this is unacceptable. This is not a professional behavior. The Police left saying don't worry everything is ok.
Then immediately I left this hotel. Then the time I was there was like forty minutes.

Very nice hotel, and I would recommend it to anybody. In the morning you can enjoy a very nice breakfast. They also have free coffee machine 24/7. The one thing I would say is the laundry is little pricey. Other than that everything was satisfactory.

This was my first visit to Colombia. I’m so glad I stayed at Alko Nispero. I met the most friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Duvan who made my stay so welcoming and safe. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was getting to places safely, recommendations for food and overall was a great person to speak with.
The breakfast was delicious - everything fresh and great portion. And it was free with the reservation. The food at the restaurant of the hotel was excellent as well....

A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay.
Being located in the heart of Palmira, you have access to everything within walking distance. This includes walking distance to microbus station for a ride to Cali as well as being on the microbus routes coming from the airport (the street in front of the hotel) and heading to the airport (the street a block back from the hotel). You have the best of both worlds here: great city access (about and hour microbus ride more or least to the central bus terminal in Cali) without the hustle and...
I never imagined that for that price I would find a hotel of this level. In Cali there is no better option for location and price. There are 3 restaurants that I recommend very close Turk House (great surprise for lunch), Elsa Café (to go in the afternoons excellent sangria and "pandebonos") and Lakasia (Korean)
