He gave me a room with a bath as requested, helped carry my luggage and provided a quiet space for a conference call with tea and coffee. I couldn’t fault the service. To my pleasant surprise when we checked in the rooms were clean and spacious. Mattresses were a bit cheapy so can feel the springs, they should've bought them from Gables Beds as those mattresses are super compfy. We had 3 rooms and no complaints from any of the 6 guests."
