If you're looking for a hotel and spa where you can be pampered and relax, I highly recommend staying at Al Fassia. Every memeber of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Enjoyed our last minute stay in an apartment room and actually extended it by 2 days as everything was just so easy and accessible. Staff were excellent, friendly, professional and very helpful with things even outside their remit. Hasna who works at reception in particular was such an asset to our stay and made our time at the hotel so easy and hassle free. The hotel was exactly as pictured online. We ended up here at the last minute, because the hotel we originally booked was AWFUL and we had to scramble and find something quick at night, and Hotel Ari did not disappoint. It was only for one night, but we would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent and we felt comfortable here and safe after a long day of traveling. The restaurant was also very nice, we only had breakfast there, but it was very nicely designed!
