The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.
This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!
The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. My family stayed there for 4 nights and received nothing but outstanding and personalized service, which included free airport pick up, called to order dinner to be delivered from a local restaurant and let us eat in dining room (they did the dishes), the wonderful Karina who made fresh eggs and toast each morning with a vast array of fruits, cereals yogurts and homemade cookies to take for a snack. Great location—just a short walk from the main plaza, but in a quieter area by a nice park, which I preferred since the plaza can be very busy and loud.
There are quite a few stairs, but the staff helps with luggage and customer service was very good. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. The hotel was exactly as presented in terms of quality and guest ratings as a top level 5 star hotel. Stayed 3 nights for an anniversary trip to Machu Pichu and would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for this level of hotel property.
This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.
I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!
The hotel is new, spacious, and well designed. Excellent breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. I've traveled over 20 countries in the past 10 years. This is the best hotel and staff member we ever met. I give two thumbs up.
The staff, particularly the concierge, was very helpful. The hotel is great. Two things to consider about the location:
1. Though close to the main square on the map, the hotel sits on a hill which at 12,000 feet (3,700 meters) is a strenuous walk for some.
2. there is not much in the way of dining or shops in the immediate (within about 4 blocks) of the hotel. It is a short 11 minute walk to the central square though.
This is the most beautiful view in Cusco I have had in my 4 different times visiting the city. The beds, sheets, pillows were SO comfy, the bathrooms spacious (two beds rooms), and the staff such as Victor, Antonio, and Maria were outstanding.
