"The hotel was as described. None of the reviews I read before booking said it was an uphill walk on cobblestone streets and cobblestone stairs from Plaza de Armes. Although it is close, it took nearly an hour with rest stops to catch my breath at the high altitude to get back to the hotel. Although it said 24 hour free airport shuttle they arranged a taxi for us but we had to pay for the service."

"A fantastic hotel in the heart of Cusco. Literally right around the corner from the San Pedro market. A quick 10 min uber drive away from Saqsaywaman. This hotel offers laundry service. The breakfast is excellent. They offer FREE storage of your luggage when traveling to Machu Picchu. And the San Pedro PeruRail station is literally a 1 min walk away. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Cusco. 10/10"

"Excellent staff greeted us right away. We were able to grab a very nice lunch in the patio area after a long flight. Room in excellent condition. We loved the tour of hotel with an Inca show at end and tried the Pisco Sour class. Breakfast buffet cannot be beat. We went late the first day and it was quiet and leisurely. If you go early, expect more crowds. The food variety is wonderful and authentic. Harp music added to ambiance. Highly recommend this hotel!"
