We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!

It was not made clear what in the Kitchenette was included and what was a charge. Did not make coffee or tea because of this. The sky bus to the airport stopped right outside the front door. This was very convenient. The view was great. Sky tower was changed to green for St Patrick’s Day weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed this hotel especially the spa, would stay here again if we come back to Auckland in the future. Room was spacious, staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not partake in the breakfast but their restaurant near the lobby was excellent and tasty. Enjoyed the hit tub but wish it was a little hotter.

My second time to stay at this hotel. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again in any future travel to Auckland.

Stayed here several times, it is easy, clean, peaceful, convenient to town and New Market.

Great location. Lots of food and shopping and transport options. Staff was very accommodating. Had everything you need in the room for extended stay.

Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to help us find public transport suitable to our needs. The room was spacious and quite. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, which complicates traffic. Tons of restaurants within wañking distance. Would stay again.

Great staff and impeccable cleanliness!

Just one night - everything was great. Great view, great service, great room. Everything works in that hotel, fires on all cylinders. Only negative was a bit of noise from the street later into the night.

Perfect stay for a quick recovery from a long travel day. Clean with air conditioning they was sorely needed in a warm humid night.

The room is amazing from being clean to a super comfortable bed , recommend for any layovers or even long stays while in Auckland. Check in was communicated via expedia messages and checkout was also very easy

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of my trek around NZ, and liked it so much I cancelled the hotel at the end of my trip and booked this one again. Rooms are large and well decorated, bathrooms are huge. Location is ideal. Staff are super personable. It was my favorite hotel of my six ones I tried throughout the country.
