Beautiful hotel located in the best part of old town. The hotel is in an historic building that has been beautifully restored. Old town can be a little noisy at night but we did not mind as that is part of the charm of this area.
The hotel is near to the old city. You can use public transort to arrive this hotel from the airport. (783 numbered bus, the stop you need to take off ıs the one near the universty, it costs 0.50 € per way). Most of the pubs , restaurants , casinos and attractions are so close that you can walk.
They have a world class chef working at the hotel. I’ve stayed in at least a hundred Marriotts in the USA but this was my first Marriott in Europe. The food was terrific and the bar service was clean and neat. I appreciated how most everyone spoke great English. My room was clean and I had a great view of the city. Easy access to the Metro from here and calling an Uber was easy thanks to their front drive way. I will come back.
Amazing! I couldn’t make it, so I thought I’d just accept it, but the manager made an extra effort, contacted me through email and phone, to offer me a free night, to compensate me. I’m beyond impressed with this level of customer service! I will definitely come back! Also, the hotel is superb and it opens towards a thousand restaurants in the old town, which feels like a fairy tale of the old ages! Thank you!!!

Very affordable and clean. Be aware the hotel is outdated but dont let that deter you. Still very good in a very walkable are and plaza mall is across the street.
Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. You could do your laundry free of charge & they would provide the laundry detergent. Good walkable location.
We stayed there for 2 nights, and the rooms were warm, clean and the hotel staff very friendly. I warmly recommend it to anyone who wants a no-fuss room, for a good price.
Staff greeting was friendly and they were very efficient. I really enjoyed chatting with the staff members. Hotel is located centrally which is great for a first timer like myself.
Clean and inviting. They helped us with a yellow cab driver (watch out!) who dropped us off and wanted a ton. They came out and set him straight. Awesome staff
This is a basic hotel- a 2 STAR hotel the most. Location is great. Staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is poor, limited choices, poor quality, and not so fresh. Coffee is terrible. Shower is leaking onto the bathroom floor. Carpet in the hallway is old and dirty.
