Amazing! I couldn’t make it, so I thought I’d just accept it, but the manager made an extra effort, contacted me through email and phone, to offer me a free night, to compensate me. I’m beyond impressed with this level of customer service! I will definitely come back! I had a wonderful experience at the Michelangelo. They took care of me in every way. They guided me and helped me with all my needs.
