It's a hotel without reception. You can check in and out in a few different ways. We used KakaoTalk and it worked flawlessly. We also got a code for a room to store our luggage in since we arrived early and asked for it. Really recommended - would return."

"This is a hotel shared with other hotels, so the next door could be a room for a different hotel. Anyway, it's located in a lively block in Nampodong that has those outdoor vendors with food (pojang macha). About two minutes walk to bypung (kangtong) market, and two minutes walk to jagalchi station, so it's in a super convenient location. "this stay is very small but in a very good location in Jagalchi area. a bit hard to find the entrance as there were no signage and clear instruction from agent. it is very convenient access to nearby or by train. We refer to the photo in the booking page which having seaview, but after checked in, we were told that the photo posted is general, not applicable to the type of room we book. We browse for so many stay to find a stay with seaview, end up so disappointed. wasted my 2 hours to liaise...

"I wish I could give this hotel a better rating, considering how much the reservation cost. Before we even checked in, we had to deal with the unhelpful and borderline rude staff, which we were unbothered by at the time. However, it ended up factoring into this review after experiencing the rest of our "stay" at Hotel Lesign. We booked the room for 3 days/2 nights and we were not even able to stay in the hotel for a full hour before we left and booked a different hotel. The room was disgusting...
