If you are using the Eurostar high speed trains and need to stay the night in Brussels, the Pullman Hotel is the best option by far. It is essentially on top of the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, and you never need to leave the building to get to it. Don't make the mistake I did and go outside with rolling suitcases. This hotel takes a bit to get used to, but when you start seeing the artistry of the place, the roughness dissipates. The only hard engineering is where it is important - the plumbing and the air conditioning. Both worked perfectly. Breakfast was also very good, though I can only vouch for the "Healthy" option. Oh - the room was also VERY quiet and the curtains could make it very dark. Great sleeping.

Hotel is in great location. Good amenities, clean and decent room size. However what makes any stay better even if other issues arise is the personnel. I have to say everyone that I came across were so hospitable and doing their job to the higher level. In special I have to mention that Diana, the lady who checked me in went all the way to welcome me. Few days earlier I had called the hotel and spoken to her about requesting for an early check in (upon availability) and some other requests. When...
