Hotels in Karatay

"Air conditioning? There was no window open to street. The window was looking to a dark space!!! No fresh Air. The room was not 30m2. İt was only 15m2. And two Queen beds!! So no space left for customers. We discussed these problems but receptionist insisted that there is no other room. I will not use Hotels.com either in th future. 30m2 Ha ha ha. Last point the cover of the plug was missing. Very dangerous. I have a photo."

"The property is convenient for the centre of town, but in a very poor condition. They are extending the hotel across the road and working late into the night keeping us awake. The breakfast was poor and the general cost was high considering the facilities provided. We were bitten by bed bugs and would certainly not recommend this hotel in its current state."
