"This hotel was recommended to us by a friend. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, a good breakfast selection and parking. We have stayed in this hotel four times so far for when we visit family. Its location is super for us and therefore no further need to find another place to stay."

"Stayed for just one night as a stop over to the Lake District. Very nice and clean hotel just off the motorway in Lancaster. The staff where very helpful. Also free parking offered by the hotel. Overall I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay"

"Great little B&B, I think we maybe just got the wrong room, we were in the Coach House, It's directly onto the road, I am a light sleeper anyway, however I am glad it wasn't a particularly busy road as everytime a vehicle went past of felt like it was coming through our room. Lovely and clean room, very squeeky door into the bathroom (just needed a little WD40) and could do with a soft close toliet seat (maybe I'm just spoilt) however it frightened the life out of us everytime we used the bathroom. Lovely breakfast with amazing coffee to set us up for the day after quite a poor nights sleep. That said I'm sure the other rooms would have been better suited for me. I would still recomend this B&B, Lovely hosts and great location for our walking trip."

"Room was clean and spacious beds were very comfy, staff were always friendly and helpful anybody you walked past they greeted you with a smile and were very pleasant. Parking was good to say the hotel was very busy when we arrived however there is plenty of parking spaces at back of hotel. Was lovely that we was able to use the spa facilities going in the evening is better as less busy and no children. The rooms were quite warm however we just opened the window when first arrived and it soon cooled down."
