"On our arrival we were greeted by the most cheerful host who introduced herself as Sian. She made us feel most welcome. She showed us to our beautiful family room overlooking the Groe Park and the rugby pitch alongside the River Wye. The room was spotless, with a double and single bed and 2 very comfy armchairs in the alcove looking out at the gorgeous view. Sian went out of her way to show concern and interest in the reasons for our visit to Builth. She was most flexible in times for our breakfast. We were given a jug of fresh milk for our tea/ coffee in the bedroom. The bed was so comfortable and we both experienced a very good night’s sleep. Next morning we had one of the most delicious breakfasts we had ever had. This consisted of homemade yogurt, a dish of scrumptious fresh fruit, fruit juice, and a ‘wow’ cooked breakfast including a locally resourced free range orange yolked egg, 2 generous slices of bacon/gammon, loads of mushrooms, etc. etc. We would most definitely recommend Bonwye B & B and we certainly intend to return. "Everything was very good as always. Went for a second visit to Have the fillet steak to check the new oven wasn't a fluke from the previous week but it was just as good. Christian said we have swordfish as a new dish so had that for lunch that was amazing too. Didn't find out my Mum was there with friends and she also had the swordfish lol in the main restaurant as i was in the bar lol.Breakfast was also as good as always, Thanks Gill. Till next time as only 25 mins down the road.."
