"Very friendly staff, love the hotel "

"The staff were excellent on check in, the room could have done with a small table rather than the large poofy. We had problems with the heating during our stay. On arrival we were told that due to the river flooding we could not park at the hotel I believe this should have been passed on prior to our arrival instead of on arrival."

"The whole experience was excellent! A great team at check in, room was clean and quiet (very comfy beds) and a lovely breakfast- you couldn’t ask for more! The hotel is also in a great location- just a 10 min walk to the theatre and local shops. Always impressed by this chain of hotels. "
