All the staff were helpful and friendly especially Sharon and Zac. Breakfast was excellent, my coeliac wife’s first gluten free, full English, very impressed. Great location regular bus into the city from the stop 30 metres away.

Fantastic stay. Great location. Parking was good, although £20 feels a little expensive. Room was spacious, clean and tidy although the carpet could do with a clean. Bedding was spotless. Bathroom was very nice, well maintained and spotless as well. I enjoyed the room Information sent by text. We didn’t have breakfast as many places nearby are cheaper but overall very happy and would stay again.

Lovely 2 night stay. We were kept informed about reception being closed when we arrived and given clear instructions. Very friendly staff and really good breakfast. Our room was very nice, could do with a freshen up as the walls and carpet had a few marks, but it was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fint rum, fin frukost, bra läge. 5 min till centrum med buss. Hållplats precis utanför hotellet. Dåligt wifi.

Staff were very accommodating, one staff member walked 40 minutes to provide an iron as the reception was shut.

The room has some lovely features, particularly the shower and tasteful décor. The location is very convenient, with regular bus services into the town centre. One thing to be aware of when booking through Hotels (dot) com is that they appear to add currency-conversion and other charges, which can amount to around an 11% surcharge.

We’ve stayed here before and will definitely be returning. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it an ideal base for exploring the area while still offering a relaxing and comfortable stay. The rooms are lovely—clean, comfortable, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The amenities are excellent, and the breakfast is a real highlight, with a terrific selection and consistently high quality. What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. They are genuinely amazing: welcoming, friendly, attentive and always happy to help. As returning guests, it’s particularly nice to receive such consistently excellent service. Another thoroughly enjoyable stay and an easy recommendation. We’re already looking forward to returning again!
