"Great location and super chic design. Fun lobby with stuff to do for our teens. Gym was great. Excellent hub for our couple days in York. Quiet. Room was a great size and modern. Breakfast was very good and lots of options as well. Only meh was toilet flusher didn’t work super well"

"Hotel is clean but quite tired in places. Our room was quite worn (carpets, paint etc) plus with no air conditioning having the windows open meant a lot of noise from the extractor fans from the kitchen. This started quite early in the morning and until after we have gone to bed. For the offer price room and facilities were fine, using the pool and sauna a nice bonus but again a little tired looking. Food prices whist normally high in a hotel restaurant seemed stupidly costly for the offer available. We ended up eating elsewhere as there was football on which took over the whole bar area."

"Well presented, central hotel. Lovely room, although very warm, a fan was provided but it was very noisy so couldn't use it during the night when it was really needed. We were woken up during the night by a delivery right outside our room which we mentioned to staff who were unaware of who it was and said they would look into it. The breakfast was lovely, fresh and tasty. We will definitely return on our next visit to Harrogate."
