"The staff was so nice and accommodating. We arrived early, and they stored our luggage in a safe and secured area, so we could explore Miami. The Cuban sandwich at the grill was one of the best Cuban sandwiches I have had. This will be my go to spot for Miami from now on."

Only negative was declining to allow a slightly later checkout - the hotel’s prerogative of course, but a little flexibility would have been appreciated. We would definitely stay again."
