"Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy bed and pillows. Just disappointed the pancake maker was out of order. Wouldn't stay on the 2nd floor again, heard a lot of noise above us."

"The whole concept is awesome. Feels like you are staying in a train station, but clean, with the train car rooms running down both sides of the hotel. Both myself and my daughter loved it and wished we knew about the train car rooms. Probably would have requested one. Also, the pillows are the best I have had at a hotel in a long time."

"I’m sure this hotel would have been lovely BUT, after we checked into our room (in the room with our bags), then the front desk contacted us to let us know that we would be without hot water the following morning/day, starting at 7am-7pm. My rating is solely for my interaction with staff and how they could have handled the situation. Expedia was wonderful to us and refunded the whole amount of the cost. "

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the location was great. The skywalk takes you right over to the convention center without having to go outside and deal with cars and street lights. Lots of restaurants near by that we could walk to."
