"This historic hotel in Wellsbro. It had a major hotel in the 1920’s and is ready for another one. It has a great history. The staff were excellent you just have to remember that it is a very old hotel right in the middle of town. Very clean."

"The motel was old, decrepit, totally run down, mattress was old & stained with what looked to be blood spots with just a blanket being used as a waterproof mattress cover. The mattress was saggy & broken down. Carpets were threadbare, tattered, & stained. Bathroom was clean but needs major repairs, especially the tile floors. Manager friendly & living on site. Only 1 other occupant was at this entire hotel. Do not stay here"

"My stay began with a broken lock on the door. It was 50 degrees outside and all the windows were open and no heat on. The bedroom was decently clean, but when I opened the bathroom door, I was hit with the mold/mildew smell that took my breath away. I spread towels on the floor to walk barefoot. I turned the water on for a shower and the water came out rusty. I considered sleeping in my vehicle, but chose the bed. The sheets were clean. Very disappointed."

"Perfectly fine for our needs. Priced a little high for service received in my opinion. Bedding was very minimal. No breakfast as stated on Hotels.com. Television would not connect to cable even though there was an Infinity remote."

"After a little bit of confusion about the room, everything went very smoothly. The staff was very nice and the room very clean. The room was basic but nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. There was no microwave, fridge or coffee pot in my room, but breakfast is available downstairs for an additional charge. I had the breakfast and it was good. There is parking on site. Would stay there again."
