The only complaint I have is there was no coffee in the room; 24/7 coffee in the lobby, but couldn't make coffee in my pjs.

I stayed in a room that was very close to the elevator so I was a bit leery about the noise level. I was very happy with my room and with the hotel. I was only in town for a little over 12 hours but the room was incredibly comfy and the staff were very friendly.
I had a great stay at this hotel everything was fine except the cleanliness, the toilet was dirty and it had splashes of poop, it was definitely not clean and the ice tray was dirty the coffee maker was also dirty but other than that everything else was great, the comfort was awesome and the location too. No stinky smell and shower was good and hot water too. I do recommend this hotel just the cleanliness needs to be updated.

We were so surprised, happily surprised! It was a great place to stay, the room was perfect, clean, well appointed. We needed a last minute stay, traveling on motorcycles and took a chance on hotels.com. This was a really good choice!
Don't be an idiot and stay in a cookie cutter hotel when in Williamsport. This is the coolest place to stay. You will feel like you are in the 19th century. Brooke is your Maitre de Hotel and makes you feel right at home.
I was very happy to have a room with a kitchenette. I travel for work and stay in many different hotels and it would be great to have more hotels with kitchenettes. Service was great, someone actually washed the dishes one day during my 8 day stay. I was surprised there was also a dishwasher and garbage disposal. I would definitely stay again. Only problem I had was the WiFi.
We travel with a service dog, in advance I always request a 1st Fl room closest to exit door. We were so pleased with our room perfectly located, as we requested. The gentlemen choking us in was such a ray of sunshine after traveling and our exhaustion levels. Our room 10/10 great beds, roomy room size, just a wonderful stay! Staff was very friendly, helpful, this was our second stay here but definitely not our last, Lycoming Mall was nice to walk through especially with the carousel and then it was close enough for us to visit Knoevels amusement park also.
This stay was more than expected for a very reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again should I be in the area. I recommend the Budget Inn in Williamsport, PA, without the slightest reservation.
