"The balcony was nice"

"Everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded from a King room with a rollaway to a double queen. Clean and parking garage was an easy expierence."

"We had no hot water. When I called front desk, a guy came and not so surprisingly confirmed no hot water. After taking a cold shower belatedly offered another room and no credit. Breakfast area was a pleasingly large room but drops left of the waffle batter and most food cleaned out a full hour before end of time."

"Never cleaned the room during 3days, requested one more instant cup(we are three people but there only two cup in the room),but they denied. Since there is no exhaust fan, the smell in the bathroom doesn't go away after use. "

"We only booked this hotel because of the “heated pool”. Our son was on spring break and we decided to take him de the Adventure Aquarium and stay in Philly to enjoy the pool at this hotel. The pool was freezing cold! We asked the front desk and they said they had to change the water and they had no idea when the water was going to be warm again. They also forgot to give us our voucher for breakfast, which we paid in advance and we almost had to pay again. "
