"Very cool hotel. Its just special. Not a 5 star hotel obviously but definitely 4 star. Really enjoyed it and i never hang out downstairs in a hotel, but this one I did. Very awesome atmosphere. "

"The rooms are nothing like the pictures. I was told those are old pictures we need to update them. There was supposed to be a jetted bathtub in the room, there was no bathtub in the room at all. I got downgraded to a room that was supposed to have a jetted bathtub, it had a bathtub no Jets. There were ants and other bugs in the room. Could hardly get Door Number One open to get in the building first thing I saw was a register/heater ducts hanging half out of the wall. Overall not impressed!"

"Our room 426 was very tidy but had stains on the sofa. One of the cushions was totally torn with stuffing coming out of it. The white comforters had stains on them as well. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast nook were outstanding! The housekeepers at 8:30 in the morning were yelling at each other between floors. It didn't bother us as we are early risers but if anyone was trying to rest in, this could of been very distracting."

"Great stay at the Hilton in Lansing, Michigan. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"This location was okay. The men that staffed the desk the afternoon of our arrival & the following day acted like they could have cared less if we were there or not. Was shocked that the included breakfast ended at 9:00 am on a weekend! Pool was cool, the pool room was chilly, I was cold & I didn't even get in the pool & was dressed warm."
