"Excellent service except for the one night they came beating on my door. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean. Moldy loungers so you didn’t want to lay on them. Gym was not available and my friend needed to work out; one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was it had a gym. No massages available. A lot of confusion surrounding the floating pool breakfast I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend doing that again. Staff at breakfast every morning were excellent and the food was delicious. "

"The garden view is absolutely stunning, with lush forest trees and vibrant flowers surrounding a beautiful swimming pool and a pond filled with goldfish. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with warm smiles and providing exceptional service. This place truly feels like paradise. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it to others."

"We were one of the longest staying guests in this hotels history staying for more than two weeks in the room with the pool. 10/10 best hotel in UBUD, highly recommend the cooking class. The head chef of this five star hotel will teach you how to make the best food. We took two classes and had the best food I ever had in my life. Additionally, Wid is awesome and so are the rest of the staff. Will be back next year again 100%"
