"Beware room 551 it is a dungeon on the 5th floor nothing like the pictures on Expedia or the hotel website - no balcony and a padlock on the window which we couldn’t open .
Took us 5 hours of non stop talking to the hotel & Expedia and showing them the photos from the website to the photos we took of the room we were placed in before we were moved to a slightly better room with a balcony gave up arguing as just wanted to try and enjoy our holiday - hardly a delux room !"

I would say this place is tops all. I received the best service ever. The only down side is that this place is rather far from Bali airport and shopping districts.
Yes taxi/Grab are available but the traffic congestion is unreal.

"Room are looking outdated and need deep cleaning to upkeep the property and it looks overdue for a paint as well. Unfortunately, there was a weeding over the weekend we visited so few amenities were close like the main pool, and a restaurant as well. However, breakfast buffet, and open restaurants to the public were great. Also, one of the nights the music of the weeding was too loud in our room, and when I addressed this concern with hotel staff, they changed my room to a quieter area. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property as it’s not a good deal for the price and current status of the property."
"We absolutely loved this property, with wonderful, spacious villas nestled amongst rice fields. The property was incredibly peaceful right outside the main part of Ubud. The service was excellent, and the hot air balloon ride was an unexpected treat."
