It is in Plaza Angel which is walking distance to everything, the art museums, Sol, Plaza Mayor etc. in Las Letras neighbourhood, a charming area full of shopping, bars and great restaurants. The hotel itself is lovely with a great lobby and clean comfortable rooms. The desk staff were always helpful and kind and I will always stay in this hotel when I am in Madrid!"

"Staff employees were courteous and helpful. Location was perfect, centric, close to train stations and places of interest such as Plaza Mayor. Free coffee and tea are a plus. Room needs some improvements, tiles right outside of the shower were loose. "
