"The worst hotel in the world. The noise is horrible. If you are in a group and people needs to go to your room, they charge you US$ 30.00. People is very rude at the reception. If you need room service, forge it. They have a restaurant but they don’t go to your room. The toilet was dirty. I need to clean. A bottle of water cost 5 euros !!!"

"We(me,my mom and my son)recently stayed at this hotel for two days and was satisfied with my experience. There is a small gym and a warm water swimming pool. Both are clean. Had an exceptional service from a staff member in the dining department. When I requested hot water, he was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

"I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Pasamos 5 días con mi esposa y 2 de mis hijos de 8 y 10 años. Pasamos bárbaro el equipo de animación fue excelente, Cebola y minhoca junto a la otra chica estuvieron pendientes de que no solo disfrutaramos en familia sino que nos dieron tiempo para disfrutar en pareja. Muy recomendable. La playa y el servicio de playa excelente. Todo el personal con buena disposición. Si hay algo para aconsejar es que tendrían que contratar más personal de apoyo para la reposición del Buffet principalmente...
