Didn’t have much of a Mountain View, but the room was spacious and perfect! They had champagne and snacks in my room. The staff was first class. Food in the restaurant was amazing!! Just perfect!!!
The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. Llegar puede ser un pelín complicado pues es un camino que rodea la montaña y que aunque asfaltado, es estrecho y sin iluminación (viniendo desde Andorra) y sin iluminación así que mirad de venir durante el día.
La gente que lo gestiona es muy amable y siempre mirando de ayudarte o darte conversación. El hotel se ve limpio y todo funciona perfectamente y el desayuno, fenomenal. El pan te lo tuestan ellos mismos al fuego así que puede imaginarte que se come bien
The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We ate in the Italian restaurant on the first night and the buffet restaurant the second. Both were very good, with the buffet in particular represented good value for so much choice.
The location is excellent for walkers in the summer and skiers in the winter as several runs end at the hotel and the cable car is a one minute walk away.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
There were live singers in the lounge one evening which was fun...
After having my bag and passport stolen in Barcelona, I needed a relaxing weekend to forget about troubles. Checking into the Hotel Plaza was the right move. The staff was sympathetic to my needs a very nice to my friend and I. We had a wonderful massage in the onsite spa; and a few hours in the spa after the treatment. We enjoyed happy hour in the cafe/bar. The whole city of Andorra la Vella met my need for a relaxing stay with a people much more trustworthy then those I had left in Spain.
The staff were fantastic. Luis in the reception, Aroa and Diego from the bar and breakfast areas were helpful, friendly, and professional. We loved Andorra so much, we extended our stay two additional nights. We highly recommend Abba Xalet.
We had a FABULOUS stay. Location and parking great. Loved they had a restaurant and bar downstairs. Family owned and they were all AMAZING. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. About 10 min drive from La Massana!! Loved it was a bit outside of the hustle bustle of the main city. Will definitely stay here again.
