We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone seeking some old world charm in Reims."

"The location is wonderful if you want to walk to some great cafes/restaurants. The Hôtel staff were friendly & efficient. The modern lift was very helpful with heavy luggage, the room was large & very quiet . we had a good nights sleep on a king bed. bed. The bathroom was clean with were plenty of towels. Parking is very nearby in the city parking 15%€ for 24 hours. We will definitely stay there again when we’re in Reims."

Our room was clean and bright with very good heavy drapes for nighttime. We stayed 2 nights and I would happily stay here again. "This hotel was an unexpected absolute gem! In the heart of the city of Reims, it was equivalent to a 5 star boutique hotel that you would pay over $1000 a night in any major city. The rooms were modern, chic and extremely comfortable for 2 people. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice Best Western because the Best Westerns in the USA are definitely not this nice at all!!!"

"The building, hallways and rooms feel like dorm or hostel setup, very institutional feeling. The rooms are clean however and ours had a nice balcony. They had a nice breakfast that was included and added to the value. Getting to reception was a little tricky as you need to get through a gate and the intercom system is a little confusing. As is entry even after you have registered.The location is OK. Street parking is slim but free from 7pm til 9am and pretty reasonable if you need to during daytime hours. Overall it worked for us, we were only there for one night."
