Excellent, clean rooms. A very nice restaurant at the rooftop. Breakfast was also good (not magnificent, but still good). Totally recommend the hotel, which is right next to Liseberg entrance. Very friendly staff. Will definitely visit again."

"Hotel Poseidon is a beautiful historic building just steps away from the beautiful Baptist church typical of the splendid architecture of central Gothenburg. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding, and the coffee in the lobby was especially nice."

"The location is excellent. Close to restaurants public transport,… the service is very good and have all what is needed for a comfortable stay. Rooms can be small, but you can ask for a more spacious room. Staff are very polite and helpful. Complimentary coffee, fruits, home made cookies are available all day"

"Initial room was very small so we upgraded to a larger room with was very sufficient. In town for the Gothia Cup soccer tournament, so location offered easy access to public transit. Breakfast was very good. Staff excellent. I would stay again. Very pleased overall."

"The room was really clean and comfortable for a short stay, a shame there’s no kettle but wasn’t at all detrimental to the stay. The surrounding area is currently under construction so you do have to cross several crossings to make it but it’s signposted well. It’s a short walk (probably around or less than 10 mins) to the bus station and shopping centre. Would stay again"
