"Wonderful stay, kind staff and great breakfast!"

"Excellent hotel and rooftop bar. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Front desk reception team were very helpful and professional, especially Zheila and Karen. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and staff service was very good. Location may at first feel far from Gotenborg central however it’s actually only a short 10 mins tram ride and you can use the free ferry to cross over to an upscale area that has lots of restaurants with 10 mins. Definitely recommend Clarion Pier Hotel!"

"Hotel Poseidon is a beautiful historic building just steps away from the beautiful Baptist church typical of the splendid architecture of central Gothenburg. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding, and the coffee in the lobby was especially nice."

"The property has self check in which was nice for late arrival. The breakfast buffet was so so nice! The staff was very helpful. The room was more spacious than anticipated. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was really clean and comfortable for a short stay, a shame there’s no kettle but wasn’t at all detrimental to the stay. The surrounding area is currently under construction so you do have to cross several crossings to make it but it’s signposted well. It’s a short walk (probably around or less than 10 mins) to the bus station and shopping centre. Would stay again"
