I also found the location to be quiet and peaceful. The view of Lake Lucerne from the hotel is beautiful. The place also has a funicular, and it is close to the bus stop. "We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. "This hotel was amazing. It was very clean. More than that the service we received was exemplary. We hadn’t booked parking as we thought it would be available. The staff made extra effort to find parking with their sister hotel. Even did valet service for us by, as we found out at checkout, the GM Marc himself! What a wonderful hotel! I would recommend to any family members traveling to Switzerland. "
