"Overall, it was an okay experience. But we left the apartment with the AC turn on and when we came back it was turn off, when we said that we didn't want cleaning service that day. Also we book a bus with them to halong and we left more than one hour after the stablished hour, so I won't recommend booking additional services with them if you are in a rush."

El día de mi llegada fui recibida por Sam quien realmente me hizo sentir en un ambiente familiar.La persona a cargo de la cocina adaptó el menú del desayuno a mis necesidades nutricionales y Hoa me ayudó a que me sentiera segura acompañándome hasta el momento de tomar los taxis.
