"all was perfect"

"Very friendly staff upon check in. Hotel was just a very short walk from train station. Hotel room was hot but we were able to open a window to cool it off! The AC was not turned on for the season yet! We took a short walk to find a nice little shopping area with a few restaraunts. Someone tried to get into our room early evening but we had the internal lock on, thank goodness. It was kind of strange! "

"Outstanding experience. Beautiful classic hotel. The view is stunning. The restaurant is one of the best in Lake Como. The staff is way above the average regarding attention and kindness. Special thanks to Mattia who went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. Very few hotels have the service they provided. Can’t wait to go back ! "

"The staff at the hotel were all SO wonderful and kind and helpful. The ladies at the front desk helped us with all of our needs. From bus schedules to things to do. The room itself was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a king sized bed (which is rare in Europe). Breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

"The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town."
