The hotel and our stay was amazing. It was the perfect spot for our time in Milan. The room was clean, well maintained, and great design. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing and a wonderful atmosphere. We spent the afternoon at the pool, which was a great way to relax during a hot week in Milan. Couldn’t say any more. It was great!

About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan

IQ Hotel Milano was a perfect hotel to stay at to end our trip in Italy. It’s located right near the train station. It’s modern and has very wonderful amenities such as breakfast for an extra charge but definitely worth it given the variety and quality of the food. The sauna and hot tub were also great amenities my husband and I used throughout our stay. Lastly the bed is incredibly comfortable and probably the most comfortable bed we slept in throughout our trip. I would absolutely stay here...

I won't be able to say enough, the welcome, the facility, the staff, the location, the services, the food all go beyond expectations. This is truly a wonderful home away from home in a quiet neighborhood yet central enough to reach everything. Having some yearly business in nearby Lugano, CH we decided to stay at the Parco San Marco again. This time, we extended our stay a few days and explore the surrounding area and what the hotel offers. The hotel is clean, comfortable and thoroughly modern. I based my booking on the free airport shuttle. The hotel exceeded my expectations! We arrived by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. There's a short section walking along a busy road (no sidewalk, but a trail), but an easy walk. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfotable bed, spacious bathroom, some rooms have balconies. Great hotel. On the lake. Clean and modern. Very comfortable and pleasant experience. Rooms are not large by US standards, but still big enough to be plenty comfortable. Gorgeous hotel with amazing views of the city. Although it is a little outside the city, you can walk (about 30-45 minutes) or the hotel provides transportation at certain times of the day.

We received check in at 12:00 and check out at 13:30 the next day for 1 night, which is really nice especially after a long flight. The hotel is chic and very Milanese style which can not be fully reflected in photos. Walking to train station easily.

Outstanding visit--very classy place! Felt like an Italian princepessa in her family palazzo! Shopping out the front door, excellent meals at 1-star Michelin restaurant, Mistral, and the lakeside cafe. Breakfast was an unexpected feast, beautifully presented. Staff could not be better, Concierge happy to help with the smallest of questions and details. Lake Como is stunning, and Serbelloni is well-known for excellence in this part of the world.

If I could give a higher rating than excellent, I would. I cannot say enough for how much we loved this hotel, inside and out. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff were magnifico!!! The rooms were clean. The food the restaurant was excellent. It's right next to the train station. Not far from shops and food. You must stay at the hotel. Next time in, Milan, this is where I'm staying.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....
