Lombardy Hotels

Very nice clean room gave great communication. Central to all the restaurants, bars, and shops! Would stay again they were very accommodating!

About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan

It was an amazing hotel great staff very helpful beautiful property

Great hotel. On the lake. Clean and modern. Very comfortable and pleasant experience. Rooms are not large by US standards, but still big enough to be plenty comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good, and service at onsite restaurant was impressive. Glad I had a car. Seems like hotel would be pretty inconvenient without one. Hotel is not really central, so go elsewhere if you want to be in the center of the action and don’t want to drive (or navigate infrequent and somewhat opaque ferry...

This hotel is only a three minute walk from Milano Centrale Station which is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and spoke English. The room was a good size and was very clean. The only to keep in mind is that the shower is small and would not accommodate someone of a larger size. Luckily my wife and I are not big people so it was okay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I won't be able to say enough, the welcome, the facility, the staff, the location, the services, the food all go beyond expectations. This is truly a wonderful home away from home in a quiet neighborhood yet central enough to reach everything. The staff are beyond helpful and made our stay wonderful from the check in to the last moment. Thank you everyone. It is definitely on our list of hotels to recommend and to visit again. Now, let's talk about the spa; superb service, amazing, professional...

I based my booking on the free airport shuttle. The hotel exceeded my expectations! We arrived by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. There's a short section walking along a busy road (no sidewalk, but a trail), but an easy walk. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfotable bed, spacious bathroom, some rooms have balconies. There is an elevator. The staff is fabulous! I thought they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We booked dinner...

The location is excellent, the room balcony has an unbeatable view, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the buffet breakfast has a rich variety of food and drinks with the beautiful Lake Como, you can enjoy the food while enjoying the scenery, it is really the best of both worlds. The hotel restaurant's food in the evening is delicious, and there are many well-known restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It is only more than an hour's drive to Lake Lugano in Switzerland, so we...

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views of the city. Although it is a little outside the city, you can walk (about 30-45 minutes) or the hotel provides transportation at certain times of the day.

Outstanding visit--very classy place! Felt like an Italian princepessa in her family palazzo! Shopping out the front door, excellent meals at 1-star Michelin restaurant, Mistral, and the lakeside cafe. Breakfast was an unexpected feast, beautifully presented. Staff could not be better, Concierge happy to help with the smallest of questions and details. Lake Como is stunning, and Serbelloni is well-known for excellence in this part of the world.

The is the best hotel we have stayed in on our 3 week trip to Italy. The staff is excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights at CastaDiva in September 2015. We have been to Lake Como a few times prior this visit but the hotel and facilities were remarkable. Seriously the pictures on the website do not do show you enough. my husband and I were actually shocked at how horrible their marketing ability is on the website when stepping foot on site. We are very picky with where we stay--has to be exceptional and have stayed in some magical places throughout our 10 years together. Castadiva was by...

I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...

Beautiful hotel! Super nice suites high tech very clean tasty breakfast nice garden restaurant very friendly & helpful staff!! Each and every one there was smiling and made our stay special ! Will definitely go back & enjoy this new hidden luxury hotel in Milan

Very comfortable stay with great restaurants within walking distance. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We received check in at 12:00 and check out at 13:30 the next day for 1 night, which is really nice especially after a long flight. The hotel is chic and very Milanese style which can not be fully reflected in photos. Walking to train station easily.

Should be more than 3 star advertised rating. All the extra stuff make it extra special. Will stay here every time I visit Milan

This hotel was honestly one of the best ones we’ve stayed in during our Italy trip! Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful! The building was very modern which I was also grateful for (there was air conditioning available to us unlike our other hotel). I would definitely love to stay with this hotel again! Highly Recommend!!!
