Restated at 5 different hotels during our Italy vacation. The Palace was my favorite of the 5 in all categories. Wonderful rooms, inviting staff & fantastic food. If I ever make it back to Lake Como I have no doubt where I will stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at hotel. Great location, with helpful and kind staff. The place and rooms were tidy. There were lots of areas where you could relax and lounge. Also plenty of breakfast options. It's so close to amenities - train station, bus stop, ferry port, restaurants, bars and beautiful scenery within minutes from the place.

Excellent hotel starting with check-in with Adrienne who was very helpful in giving us suggestions and directions for all questions we had. Room was remodeled, great view of lake, many upgrades and free toiletries and water. Plenty of room. Bed was extremely comfortable and pillows were first class. We were very impressed and will return.

6/10 Good

The hotel is a typical European style hotel its very dated, the staff is very friendly the breakfast was decent. The location is amazing. The garden restaurant was very romantic. There is an beautiful entrance at front of the hotel that had a very rude maintenance man who probably shouldn’t deal with the people

This Hotel is located perfectly. One of the most comfortable Hotel rooms I have been in, and I have traveled the world. The staff were extremely helpful, breakfast had a variety for everyone and was delicious. When I come back to Lake Como I will definitely stay here.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was beautiful and the best location. Our room was supposed to have a lake view which it had however there was a huge tree that blocked almost all the view of the lake. I wish the hotel had a pool. The breakfast was outstanding. Lots of varieties. Overall I would recommend it. The only thing I wish it had was a swimming pool.
