"Wonderful staff with beautiful clean rooms."

"a little older and run down but staff were lovely and had a good stay :)"

"Located across street from the lake. Great hosts. Nice room with lots of thoughts put into it. We enjoyed the stay."

"Rooms and fixtures were rather outdated, but experience was very good. Appreciated free shuttle to/from Otsu station. Great view from room, but limited dining options nearby. Hotel restaurants were adequate."

Breakfast service was good, with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes available. We also used the Club Lounge in the afternoons for tea and in the evenings for drinks and canapés. The staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. The hotel provides shuttle bus service to & from...
