"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the location was great. The skywalk takes you right over to the convention center without having to go outside and deal with cars and street lights. Lots of restaurants near by that we could walk to."

"We had a room on the 15th floor with a view of the city. My daughter loved that. It’s right across the street from the canal walk. We were able to rent e-bikes and bike around the canal which was awesome. Parking is $35 and the free breakfast was good. The only negative is that it was very slippery walking into the entrance of the hotel. I don’t know if it was oil or water or what but it worried me that someone would slip and fall. Otherwise, we would stay again! "

"We had a great stay! Delicious Hot breakfast, very clean room with comfy beds & pillows. The outlets are a little to be desired, plugs don’t fit securely, loose & fall out. The parking was ok, we used the valet parking & it was ok."

"This was a great place to stay! The location was perfect for me. There is a market about a block down if you forgot something, like I did. I did read reviews before I booked, and it did say it could get noisy at night, and that is true. It didn't bother me, but keep that in mind if you do book this stay. I stayed in at night, but the location seemed to be the place to be at if you wanted a little night life action. The place was very clean. 10 out of 10. "

In reality, it’s a 15-20 minute walk along the street. through the skybridge it's through a mall, and multiple twists and turns just to reach the convention center. The location is far less convenient than advertised. When I called to request the exact address to check walking directions on Google Maps, they refused to provide it unless I made a booking. "Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, Room was very clean, and although the hotel was surrounded by construction not related to the hotel itself coupled with them setting-up for the NCAA Final Four tournament, it was very quiet and calm. The centralized location brought us to the hotel, the experience we had will bring us back."
