Ok, to start out its not the best neighbourhood to be honest, so I was a little iffy on how the hotel was going to be. After I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the rooms. The bed was comfortable and. It was a really great room. I slept well. The amenities were definitely not the most high end, and that was on by me. If the need arises that I'm heading back to Indianapolis, I will be staying there again.

When I pulled up to the motel there were what looked to be drug addicts sitting on the curb by the front entrance. Looking at the building I thought it was condemned, So we just decided to get a different hotel I would never stay in a dump like that

No spa, not in an area with shops. Kind of a rough area of Indianapolis.

Steer absolutely clear of this establishment. If you're shooting a horror movie, this is your location.

Room smelled terrible. Stale body odor and cigarette smoke. Bed sheets were stained .pillow cases were stained and disgusting. Door didn't have a dead bolt and showed signs of forced entry before. Did not stay! Ask for my money back, did not receive it yet.

There was no convenient outlet for he desk, one outlet in the bedside lamp didn't work, they only gave us one towel and no bath mat, could have used a second waste basket.

The check in/out was quick, which I appreciated. The room was very basic. The location was convenient, only a 10 minute commute tho the downtown area. Not the most luxurious place, but for the price it was good.

They over booked so they tossed my reservation I made 3 months prior most likely to make room for more expensive recent reservations.
