The property was great, good location & as described. It’s small but definitely met my needs in a very walkable area. Requesting parking was far more of a hassle than it needed to be. Many messages back & forth….likely with an AI bot is inefficient & a poor customer experience.

Excellent communication. Condo was clean. Hallway carpet and washing machine /dryer needs replacement. Location good. It is loud at night from the night life outside but ear plugs provided. Overall a good experience.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Parking in the street was easy too in general. The common area of the building needs cleaning (carpet was filthy/ laundry area: 1 machine very dirty out of 3 and 1 dryer not working). Communication ahead of checking in was contradictory and confusing, but the check out process was very straightforward.

The location was great. Lots of restaurants in the area. My biggest complaint was the noise. It was difficult to sleep at night because of street noise from people and cars. I feel like insulated windows would solve this problem. Ear plugs were provided so I have a feeling the owners know this is a problem.

The host was quick to respond when we asked for things or had questions. The pull-out couch was not comfortable but they provided an air mattress as a replacement. Check-in and check-out was easy and it was very affordable with great restaurants within walking distance.
