"Fique uma semana hospedada no hotel e tenho 0 reclamações. Os funcionários são extremamente solicitos e atenciosos, o quarto sempre limpo e o café da manhã muito gostoso, principalmente o ovo mexido! Apesar de próximo ao aeroporto, o barulho não incomodou durante a noite mesmo com sono leve. Eu super recomendo e é bem próximo a rua del Sol. "
"10/10, would stay here again. Clean room, comfy bed. Very hospitable staff. Delicious and varied breakfast. Room heating and hot water work perfectly. Bathroom is kept clean and amenities are replaced often. Nice and accessible location. Also were willing to store our luggage after checkout for our late departure.
Note that it's located closer to the airport than to the main plaza but cabs in Cusco are relatively cheap so it's no big deal."
"This hotel is has a clean and safe space to spend the nigh. Further from the “plaza the armas”which is the main plaza where most tours take off and drop you off. However it’s very inexpensive at $20 a night. It’s maybe maybe 25 minutes by taxi from Plaza de Armas. However you get reliable hot water, safe locked place. The area is not the best as is where most people from Cusco live, but there is markets everywhere and pretty much all of Cusco is very safe and taxis charge you $5 ti get to the...
"the lady at the front desk, Noamie (spelling?), was very helpful. She actually saved our trip to Pachupicchu! She arranged taxi to (2:30am!) and from (10pm) a bus station we had no idea. We had no idea where we were going! At end the taxi took us to the station nobody told us at the time of bokking! the staff was kind! "
"This is one of the best spot to stay in Cusco. Closer to train station, pharmacy, groceries and accessible to transporation to roam around tourist places. The host is very responsive. There's some noise of constructions outside but so far the insulation of the hotel is good.

"I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free.
The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city...

"Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget...
"The staff was amazing and so caring. I actually suffered from acute altitude sickness and the staff made sure I had hot water for tea and plenty of bottled water. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see much in Cusco but was happy to have a comfortable room to hibernate in."
