"This property is a luxury hotel B&B. The location is excellent. The staff is very attentive, informative and very friendly. The room was the best during our long trip - with 10 different hotels. Double sink. Shower and bath. Very comfortable bed. A well maintained and spacious suite. I would highly recommend."

"Me, my husband and 1,5 year old daughter had an amazing room, lovely architecture and a nice bathtub and decorated according to the style of the room. Easy going communication, friendly and war people at the breakfast and very clean and fresh. Can highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay in Palermo!:)"

"The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They provide resources on how to to get to the hotel from the airport and respond quickly on WhatsApp. The room has great AC and is located in the heart of all the action with shops and restaurants as soon as you step outside."

"The room is excellent. Very clean, comfortable, spacious. It has an elevator 😀. Close to stores and restaurants. The only thing is that is hardto locate and hard to park."

"Fantastic service and extremely helpful/ friendly staff."

"Great stay. Nice clean place with great staff"

"Gee exceptional apartment / luxurious - great location - very quiet - very helpful host"

"Beautiful and clean room with everything you need (espresso machines, cooking utensils). Clear checkin instruction and communication from the host. A bit noisy as it’s on the main street but easily solved with earplugs. "

"We loved this little gem of a place with lots of character. The staff are super nice and speak good English - they arranged airport pickup and late check-in flawlessly and helped us find a restaurant 2 mins away still open with delicious food when we arrived. Our room was very comfortable and pretty, the bathroom small but modern, the breakfast was wonderful with lots of options and the pool/hot tub area was divine to relax in after a hot day sightseeing. The location in old town was convenient...

"Lovely staff, great breakfast, and a perfect place to stay in Palermo."

"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Hotel is beautiful decorated and staff responded quickly. Key feedback is that the towels need to be replaced, some of the glassware was dirty, and the curtains on the bed frame are worn and appear that if you touch them they will fall off. Overall excellent communication, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, and great location. However a few tweaks needed to elevate the stay."
