"This is the second time we stayed at this charming guest house in central Palermo.
Our room was bigger and more luxurious than the one we stayed in before, it had a comfortable bed and pillows with good AC and wifi. Breakfast was across the street in an attractive cafe, but there were snacks, fresh fruit and drinks available to guests at no extra charge in the main house.
Our host Lucio was outstanding, and he is an excellent communicator - responding quickly to our text messages, recommending...

I loved my stay. The room had lots of light and is clean, white and modern with a comfortable queen bed, a good shower and a mini fridge. It is basic, not fancy, in an apartment building to which you get a set of keys. It is a small, quiet b&b with only 7 rooms and a small, unfortunately internal and airless, breakfast room (I didn’t care, since I didn’t take advantage of it). It was amazing, and we wished we could have stayed longer! The front desk staff we extremely friendly and professional, the room had an incredible view and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Sicily.
Overall we had a great stay. Arrival and checkin went very smooth with a nice hor cappuccino. We got a ton a helpful info from Luigi upon checkin regarding places to see, restaurants to eat at and the best times to do so. This place exceeded expectations - what a beautiful space this is! Beautiful space with high ceilings and tons of space in the rooms and bathrooms. Excellent stay. Hotel is very nice and walking distance to all monuments, sites and restaurants and bars. hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, modern and clean. Included breakfast was good. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo.
