"Room was clean but clearly the hotel allows dogs to stay which we always find disappointing. The breakfast was great. The evening food was very good. Staff were all friendly and polite. Enjoyed staying here with our kids and would stay again. Price was reasonable."

"We stayed in room 1 and absolutely nothing wrong with it. Looked like it had recently been refurbished. It is self service check in so please read the email you will receive on the morning of your stay. If we do North Wales again, would certainly consider rebooking"
