Palais Royal Hotel

"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had a very positive experience. It is a small, beautiful hotel in the center of Odesa, very close to everything and just steps from the Opera House. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman working at reception, who was extremely welcoming and always ready to assist. Unfortunately, during my stay Odesa experienced a major attack that caused serious disruptions, and the hotel was without running water for almost 48 hours. This was obviously outside the hotel’s control, and I really appreciated how the staff handled the situation. They did their best to provide hot water so guests could at least wash and use the bathroom. Overall, I really liked the hotel, its location, atmosphere, and especially the helpful staff. If I return to Odesa, this will definitely be one of the hotels I would consider staying at again."
