We have stayed at this hotel many times and always leave wishing we could stay longer! This is by far the most comfortable hotel at which we have stayed in Ukraine. They are nice, friendly, and provide a lot of services including delicious room service, laundry services, and taxi and shuttle services! You will not be disappointed.
The location and overall architecture of this hotel is fabulous. Located on the Black Sea, you get that old world feel of Ukrainain culture. The staff was incredible, with a 24 hour Resturant, and room service, serving my every need, if they didn't have an item on the menu, they obtained it.

Walking distance from many shops and tourist sites. The main shopping street was only 2-3 blocks away too. It's a pretty long walk to the seaport, so next time i probably should have took a cab instead of walking. Take a bus to the beach, it's beautiful and great for people watching. The clubs at night aren't far away, but make sure you get a number for the taxi before you leave the hotel. At night they are 4-5 times as much if they are just sitting there. Call a taxi yourself and save $$

The hotel lobby is very inviting the staff was very friendly, security showed me to my room and the key operation.
Fantastic stay even the cafe in the hotel very friendly hot coffee and the best orange juice.
All in all I loved this hotel very quiet close to many cafes shopping and sights.
Cannot wait to stay at this Gem again.

This hotel is nice, but if you are expecting to be close to the opera house it is not. I like the quiet street it is on, and the hotel staff is nice and helpful
