Hotels in Saugus

"Old ordinary property, Elevator and passages have weird smell, rooms are also average. Was there only for one night, so this hotel fulfilled the purpose. Do not expect highly. "

"Facility is new and clean. Didn’t like the bathroom motion sensor lights. Also, they changed $25 daily to park. I guess they think they’re a Hyatt in New York. "

"First our check in was great friendly staff she was awesome, we had a guest for couple of hours that drove 2hours to see us an the parking was no issue, the room clean super big the bathroom huge and spotless, beds clean and comfortable a/c, breakfast was delicious mini buffet from waffles to eggs to cereal fruit and more but all delicious and wonderful the staff so friendly and nice family of 4 with 2 toddlers we loved it and worth every penny we are definitely staying here again on our next trip to universal studios oh yeah it was a 8-9min drive to get there it was perfect 👌 and grocery store across the street & Starbucks near and this taco stand that’s right in front lol bomb tacos 😅… but definitely great stay (5⭐️)"

"Horrible area, horrible parking, dirty small rooms! We left and had to find other accommodations, and didn't receive the refund that we were told that we would get back by the front desk attendant. I hope that the gentlemen that checked in just before us and left for what I assume were similar reasons, at least got his full refund back. Do your research, as I should have done, and stay somewhere else!! "

"Very helpful at front desk. Hotel is close enough to town to go for restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good, area was clean."

"I was disappointed they charge for $15 for daily parking bc they are not in a area where parking is limited, I found a bug in my room and when I went to move the nightstand to kill it, I saw how the floor was so dirty which is why that is probably attracting bugs. The showers had to be shut extra tight bc it drips. I did appreciate the water at the lobby n staff was very nice "
