That is the beautiful hotel close to train station and beach. The room was in good condition and clean, the stuff was kind, the breakfast was also good. it was the best option to visit Genoa so far.
The property was lovely but the staff was another level. Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant, the spa, and the door staff were all welcoming and accommodating.
Simone and Jessica made our entire stay completely hassle free. The restaurant had great menu and the food was excellent.

Hotel staff was amazing and friendly, so kind and nice. This hotel is an old mansion, there are only about 16 rooms, directly overlooking the walkway that is on the water and overlooking the ocean. Our room had a patio looking out at the ocean, with a hot tube, we slept with the doors open and the sound of waves all night long. Amazing hotel! I wanted to stay here forever! The town of Camogli is truly remarkable and one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at on the Italian Riviera. Highly recommend! There is also easy access via ferry to gorgeous San Fruttuoso and Portofino! There's also a train very close walking distance from the hotel that you can take to get to the Cinque Terre towns in around 45 mins. Very nice hotel. Very difficult to find. GPS does not guide you to the correct place. Hospitality could have been better. We had two rooms. When we asked for a 30-minute extension for checkout, they refused, telling us that we could only have 10 minutes, since the hotel was full. That was patently false. There were hardly any guests to be seen anywhere. I was surprised to find the personnel so unaccommodating. It left a bad impression to an otherwise nice hotel.
We loved our stay at Villa Gelsomino. From the gorgeous room and bathroom to the shared sea-view balcony, our 3-night stay felt like we were at a friend's home. The staff are phenomenal and helpful in every manner. A wonderful experience, and we will be going back!

Overall, it is one of the very best hotels I have stayed in over many years of traveling -- solid, classy, very well-located building; comfortable room with a view of the Bay of Tigullio; a bounteous, tasty breakfast; and perhaps most important, hands-on, fully engaged hotel owners and employees who really care for their guests' comfort and enjoyment of the many attractions of Rapallo and the Ligurian coast.

Rooms are clean and well appointed, can be a little noisy at night since the adjacent streets are busy.

I’ve stayed here while on business several times. To me, it’s worth the premium because the location is quieter (especially at night), the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and although the fitness center is small, it has a variety of new equipment.
This was an amazing place! The location is something most people dream about! The view from our room was breathtaking!! We would definitely stay here again!!
What a unique property! We loved the character of the palace. The decor was really cool. The staff was excellent, great food and cocktails. I enjoyed the Vespar in the bar. Much better to stay here than in or closer to Porto Fino.
