This B&B is located on the outskirts of Kelowna, which makes access to the B&B very easy (less than 15 minutes to airport, and less than 15 minutes to downtown). Rooms are nicely appointed and include an indoor seating area and a large, covered outdoor balcony with additional seating. The B&B is also a cafe, which means they can make you lunch to go (ditto for breakfast), or you can come back after a busy morning touring wineries and have a nice meal. This modest hotel property has made sone excellent decisions about where to focus their efforts and it shows. Check in and check out were efficient and friendly, the instruction sheet and binder were extremely clear, and everything in the room worked. Yes, parts of the property are a bit dated, but it's centrally located, has a pool, hot tub and sauna, and has a staffed breakfast room. We'll stay there again.
