"Just a great place to have a break in Harrogate, right next to the town centre but without any of the noise. Staff are really helpful and always seem to be in a good mood, which makes our stay all the more enjoyable. Breakfast is cooked to order and nothing is too much trouble. Evening restaurant has a great relaxed atmosphere and the food is very tasty. We did two nights on this visit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel is very nice, the public areas are really comfortable. The coffee shop and lady working in there was excellent- she was rushed off her feet but was really friendly and efficient. All the staff I met are to be commended for their friendly attitude and professionalism. The car park is large and easy to get in and out. The room, bed, pillows were very clean and in my opinion extremely comfortable. The Breakfast was great 😊. I really enjoyed the one night I stayed and hope to stay again."
